Day 38

I woke up to my friend’s knocking on my door and she was holding a half eaten corn, telling me that she’ll repay my biscuits with sweet corn instead. I was skeptical because I had been “conned” by the beautiful looking but terrible tasting roasted corn of China. She assured me that this corn is different. Behind her, several other friends were seen to be munching on corn too. The smell was too inviting and Amanda and I decided to give the corn a go immediately after intech class, giving in to cravings.

Fantastic I would say…
The juice squirts out and the sweet tasting liquid trickles down your lips and the sweetness was inviting to the mouth. Nice. Finally something that is simple and sweet.

It is highly amusing how the cheap and simple sweet corn has become a delicacy among us… we had it for breakfast, evening snack and we still crave for it for dinner…=P’

There was also some caffeine related issues today and it has made anyone shiver at the mere sound of coffee… *shivers*
