funny stuff along the way..Today’s the “fun” day of the week as we get to go on an excursion! This would be our first trip out to the few famous attractions of Dalian with the school tour agency. The first one which we went to was the IT park-Ascendas. It is actually a industrial area which consists of several office blocks for rent.
This place is pretty cool as they have all the facilities that you’ll ever need to the extent of maybe being possible to live there, with a gym and a shopping mall just within the district. This is for the convenience of the people working there as it is located on a hill, in a rather isolated area.
After the IT park, finally SHOPPING!!! We went to Peace Plaza, a rather huge shopping mall, which was relatively empty and the things were all really expensive… we merely walked around and finally settled to go Tesco( NTUC of Dalian) to get more groceries-for breakfast and more snacks, being on a pretty tight budget…
And for dinner… Steamboat! It felt really good for a cold night. Made us all warm and fuzzy…
